I do not even know if it matters which you choose to use, but I am going to be buying camping gear & I want to make sure I get my money’s worth. Any pros & cons to both?

We recently went camping and were not happy with the campground (Pine Flat West near Sedona). It was right of the highway, I mean we could see the cars from our site! We are willing to drive about 2-2.5 hours from phoenix. We are a family of 4, with 3 kids age 3 & 5. So we are looking for a place with bathrooms, and a place for the kids to swim and fish. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

I saw that there was the new yorker rv park & campgroung in north bergen but I can’t seem to find any info on it. so if you know about this campground or any other near the city please let me know.

A lot of kids in my class are doing funny stories like "Camp ROCK" or "BaROCK Obama", an I couldn’t think of anything funny! SO I made up this:
My name is Bob the rock. My parents were molten rock deep down in the mantle billions of years ago. As a tiny baby, I became magma, which is like Mom & Dad, but less dense, so I floated up and out of the mantle. Eventually, I made it to the surface. I crawled my way out, and because of my rock DNA, which is the kinds of elements and minerals that make me who I am, I was a granite rock. I lived there on the surface as a dome of granite for millions of years – of course, to my parents back home in the mantle, that’s a very short time. But then winds started to blow, and water started to run over me, and I stopped being a solid piece of granite, because I’d been eroded. But that was okay, because then I was millions of little pieces of rock, and I was still together, but now I had friends, who were also little pieces of rock. Over another millions of years, we all got covered over by other rocks, heavy rocks. A lot of pressure – literally. Because of the pressure, all of my pieces, and all of the pieces from my friends, got pushed together and we became one new rock, called a sedimentary rock. I lived that way for a long time, but eventually we were under a lot of pressure again, and this time it was also very hot. I had to change, so that I could live in the new environment.
So I changed, and the way that my tiny little rocks were held together changed, and I became a metamorphic rock. I’d been changed – morphed – into a new type of rock. I’m going to live like this for a long time. Of course, the wind and water could turn be back into a sedimentary rock and I might get turned into a metamorphic rock again, but that’s the way that a rock’s life works. It’s always changing. We only go about things in a different way. Now some day, many millions of years from now (or even billions of years), my life on the surface of the crust will end, because I will be taken into a subduction zone, which is where old rock is returned to the mantle. But it’s not a sad thing at all. First of all, I get to talk to my parents again, which I haven’t been able to do in a long time, and second of all, I’m going be born all over again as a little baby rock. You know what would be neat? If the next time that I’m born, I could come out of a volcanic island. So when you’re out on the road, look for me, and I’ll be smiling at you from the side of the freeway.
I need a better ending and practically a completely different story. If you can’t transform this one, just make up a completely different one. I need the vocab words and possibly multiple characters. PLEASE HELP!!
Okay please be serious!! I have to turn this in on Tuesday…

My friend & I are going tenting for a couple days. We will have a fire ring only for cooking. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could cook and how to cook it other than hot dogs on a stick or s’mores? Haven’t been camping since I was a kid.
Thanks!

I am going to a B&B, but they have a wide expanse of camping grounds, which is where a group of us (4) will be staying. They also have tent rentals, wood, access to a grill, and bathrooms. Since I’m a novice, I wanted to start this way. What should I bring? What should I know? I would love your expertise!

Hi Guys & Girls,
I have 3 weeks off work from 18th October through to the 7th November and due to several friends bailing on the idea of a holiday this year (Don’t ask!!!) I’ve settled on going camping in Europe.
Ideally I’d love to Train Camp and I already have this priced up – but I’m contemplating finding one maybe two amazing locations and staying there for 10 days each.
What I’d love from each location is plenty of hiking, various activities, fishing etc and importantly beautiful scenery.
However I’m at a loss on where to look/research this. So if anyone has any ideas/experience it would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

Hi, a friend & I are going on car-camping holiday around tassie leaving in the middle of January.
Having done a bit of camping before, I’ve got a tent, sleeping bags and all that kind of stuff already. But we haven’t got a camping stove, pots & other cooking gear.
Since we’ll be getting to Tassie via the train & the ferry, and then rent a car, we don’t want too carry too much luggage with us, so it’ll be good to hire any cooking gear at Devonport.
Any good camping shops there, who don’t charge too much for camping cooking gear hire?
TIA

I’ve made reservations to camp there over Labor Day weekend with my older pop-up camper & 1 dog. Can you have fires? Any shade? Is it a nice place to camp? I usually do more rustic camping, but thought I’d give it a try for the holiday.

We do the normal – banana boats, s’mores, darn goods, bbq chicken, hot dogs & hamburgers… want something new & different. Any suggestions? There are 8 of us plus about 10 more during the 4th of July (this is an 11 day camping trip). Any suggestions?
