Where can I rent a RV near Louisiana?

My husband grew up vacationing throughout the country in a RV. He and his family love it. I’ve been on a couple of trips with them, and I enjoyed it. My husband would like us to purchase a RV, but we know that we need to try it alone to see if I it’s worth the investment for me. Does anyone know where we can rent one in Louisiana? Also, does anyone have any tips for vacationing in RVs?
