Living in a Class C or a class A rv?

Hi! I was wanting to live in an RV and dont have much money…I looked at class A’s from the 80s that are under 5 grand and claim to work well, but i am suspectful…The class C’s however are the same price and seem like they would be easier and cheaper to maintain…..Which one is better? (Space isnt really an issue) Also, I plan to drive it around a lot since I wont have a car.

I’d go with a newer model Class "C" over an older Class "A". As RV’s get older they experience more problems, you’ll have a major stroke if/when you need to change a refrigerator in an older RV.

Try to find one with low mileage, and, hopefully one that was well maintained with preventative maintenance. In todays economic times, you should be able to find an exceptional deal. Good luck!
