It is also an opportunity to see the world from a different perspective without having to go to over crowded tourist spots.
I have always been a big enthusiast of camping and go at every given opportunity. My wardrobe is bursting with outdoor clothinghiking shoes, camping equipment, and maps, and I love the freedom of being able to go on an adventure whenever I like.
It is a fantastic and welcome alternative to the arduous process of hotel booking, flights and insurance, when I can load up the truck and take myself to wherever I want to go. Having the option of loading all of my gear into my backpack gives me the advantage of being able to hike across the countryside to a new location at my own discretion.
This also means I can meet new people regularly. There are quite a few occasions where I have met some fantastic people at a new camp site and have been invited to explore the local area with them. It was a great time to enjoy the company of others, and to really enjoy the spectacular views provided by a beautiful landscape.
Families with children will benefit from a camping holiday too. Nature is filled with fascinating things for children to do, and is a great alternative to watching television. Camp sites across the country are family friendly and allow children to play and explore in a safe environment where everyone looks out for each other.
In today’s economic circumstance, camping holidays will surely help to save money and are the best way to enjoy the country.
