I dont want a mummy bag. I want a compact rectangular sleeping bag. No more than 8 pounds. I want it to be a high quality sleeping bag without going over 0. One that will last for 8+ years while being slept in every night. I already know the difference of synthetic and Down bags. No need to explain. Thank You!!!
I want to buy a truck and put a cab cover thing on and wondered if I could use a closed bed truck to tow a 5th wheel or if I have to leave the bed open to connect the 5th wheel. I need a place to store camping gear when it isn’t being used.
I’m asking for my own camping gear this year for Christmas (I usually borrow my parents) I have used their beige Coleman air mattress and it’s a piece of crap (have to reinflate it every night…) I’m looking for a new air mattress as well as a good sleeping bag. Any suggestions? Or any products/companies I should stay away from?
I am looking for quality white water raft. I want it to hold up to 5 people and camping gear for a week. I am new at looking for qualities in the raft and don’t quite know what to look for.
I’m focused on location over ammenities and willing to pay 0 a night. I’m unsure if there is a cabin for rent in a great location or if you can rent camping gear for the night in a cool area in January. Also, how far is Yosemite from San Francisco in terms of driving distance? Thanks!
Im thinking of building one to pull behind a 150cc scooter to carry camping gear. I think it would track better as a one wheel design, similar to the old vespa and cushman designs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My kids and I are involved in a Young Marine program and we are in serious need to purchase bdu uniforms, camping gear and items to be raffles at an upcomming young marine graduation, and we are in search for donation of items or money. Does anyone know where we could start and/or what we should do? Maybe even how to get Sponsor’s, everyone can check the web site to show that we are lagitimate, just ask to see the website. Thanks…
looking to spend two nights tent camping somewhere that we won’t see other people (i.e. no pull-up camping next to rv’s) semi experienced campers (with a dog) who are traveling cross country and won’t have much gear.

Bought a 72 c/20. I will be using it for camping. I will not be pulling anything and will have it on the highway quite a bit. increasing the rear end gear ratio is more cost effective than purchasing a 5 speed trany. What would be the highest ratio i could go with? I want better top speed and fuel economy for long trips
Thanks
