The items I have put together can help you start a fire during most situations you may encounter.
Another great video Matt….
keep them coming!!!
Thanks man im glade you like it
Nice kit, good tip on spreadin’ some lighters around. I even have one in each of my fishing boxes.
I like the kit, a little on the large side. But you can’t put a value on fire, I would rather have the extra weight and a guaranteed fire.
As a McCormick man, I can’t say I like the John Deere shirt.
i REALLY like thos saw dust things that come with the striker on it
you allmost dont need matches with them things
Good fire kit. I carry one about that size in my truck and have another smaller one in my backpack.
Good stuff! I like the tongue depressors. Next gun show you go to or military surplus store, get some trioxane fuel bars. 3 of them will not cost you over 2 bucks (I hope). The take a spark well , small and do not weigh much. They will burn for 3 to 5 minutes. They have proven to me to be wind proof and will burn in wet conditions. They come sealed in heavy duty foil.
you can use the lid for a plate
Another great item to add to your kit is dryer lint. It catches great with just a spark. I keep a coffee can next to the dryer and my wife fills it up.
dryer lint wax penny rolls
do you live in arkanasas because it looks like it
Tongue Depressors! Brilliant!
you them pop sticks as u said they great kindling even in wet condition even a wat groud you could also make a weaved pop stick mat to keep it off the ground
nice kit and vid…. i agree good to have backup…i personally beleive if you have just a bic and say look its a survival kit garenteeing fire u arent to smart…..so in this cas you are verry smart
