What are good fish recipes for camping?

I am expecting to catch brown trout, bullheads, smallmouth bass, bluegill, and perch.

    a person favorite that involves limited effort and ingredients is to remove the fish head and clean the fish extremely well, then place in tin foil with butter, lemon, onions, carrots or any other veggies you happen to have at the camp site, then close the tin foil and throw on a grill. you’ll know when its done because the meat with fall of the bones easily

    Filet the fish and cut into smaller chunks. Use Drake’s Fish Fry mixture and mix with beer (Or water) and fry in oil. Great fish!

    Or melt some butter in sauce pan and soften celery and onion then use 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of sliced potatoes, 1 can of corn and some milk to make a Fish Chowder. Season as you wish.

    Or add fish, a pat of butter, onion and celery, seasoning and wrap in foil over grill or fire.
