    It’s simply a fact of life. Because we full-time (live in our RV) we consider it the cost of doing business. We don’t have property taxes, roof replacements, etc. so… Because we’ve been on the road so long we enjoy staying in one place at least a month so that whittles costs. We still feel it’s a very reasonable and cost effective way to experience life…and all the delicious, unique particulars of the USA. BTW – diesel prices in our current area are running $3.65 to $3.79 gallon – yikes!!

    My mom passed away years ago so, the way I see it, the more folks that try and love this recipe the more her light shines on. Give it go – it is delicious!!
