Quick snacks should be things that you can grab and go as you are running by the picnic table. And because you are outdoors and (presumably) being active, the snacks should be healthy. This will give everyone the energy they need for playing frisbee, ball, etc. Try to include snacks made with complex carbs made with whole grains and less fat and sugar.

For teens snacks almost always have to include potato chips. But even a small switch from deep-fried potato chips to baked taco chips can make a big difference!
