They both work well, but it really depends on the baby. My daughter hated to be swaddled so we used the sleep sacks or warm footed pjs to keep her warm. Be careful of overheating a baby though. This can be a risk factor for SIDS. Ideally, an infant’s room should be between 68-70 degrees.

I used a swaddle blanket for my son when he was a new born and I loved it. He slept so much better with it. I would recommend it

It really depends on the baby. Some babys will not tolerate being swaddled, some babys sleep better if they are swaddled. Its all trial and error.

Swaddling blankets are great but so are the sleeping suits (I think we’re talking about the same thing. It is like baby pajamas but instead of feet it has like a sack) Either of them will keep your baby warm and safe, so if you have some of each use ‘em! If you’re going out to buy them, pick whichever you like best

Both are great, but my baby was always a little houdini that could get out of the swaddling blanket. That’s dangerous. But I love his Carter’s wearable blankets. He’s always warm and can’t get out of those. there’s a snap at the top of the zipper so I can change his diaper without him wiggling out of the sleeves.

My little one loves the sleep sacks
I almost peed myself checking out the other thoughts shared.
