Stuff it in a vacuum bag & roll to get the excess air out. You should be able to fit it in your checked bag if it’s flat enough. You want the rollable vacuum bag, not the ones you use a vacuum cleaner with. Bring an extra in case your first one kicks it.

Do you need the sleeping bag? If the answer is no, leave it home. Otherwise if you cannot get it in one of your checked bags you will be charged excess baggage and that is running about $109.00 per piece currently….regardless of weight. Do you really need it? Perhaps pay a friend who only has one bag to check it…
