Looking for camping locations around Milwaukee, WI?

On the tame side, look at Wisconsin state parks. Devils Lake State Park, about 33 miles northwest of Madison, is very popular. Closer to Milwaukee, look at Kettle Moraine State Park.
In northern Wisconsin, consider Chequamegon and Nicolet National Forest campgrounds.
Whitewater rafting is great on the Wolf River, north of Shawano along Highway 55, on the Menomonee Indian Reservation.
