I am trying to find information on Northeast Outfitters Camping Gear?

Northeast Outfitters is the store brand for camping gear at Dick’s Sporting Goods, a company which I’ve had a very bad experience with canceling an order and then returning the item they sent anyway, which they insisted never arrived, despite USPS having a record of it being signed for, and I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, after a month of phone calls, faxes they said they never received, and visits to the post office. They also run several differently named businesses out of one warehouse in New York or New Jersey, and on a different occasion, I ordered an item from one store, returned it because they sent the wrong color, bought another item from a different online store, and not only did I receive the same color item, but the exact item I’d previously returned! Believe it or not!
