Has anyone gone camping at Lake Camanche, CA?

How did you like it? What not miss and what to avoid? Any tips will help. This is my first time camping with my family, there is 7 of us. Thank you for all your comments.
We got tents and all the jazz you need for camping, including fishing gear, but advice is very welcome!
It was thirty five years ago. There was two or three families camping with us. We had fishing boats. the fishing was about average. Everybody had dirt bikes back then and we just had a blast. I hope y’all have fun too. By the way I am THE ALL AMERICAN!!!!
