I used to get a lot of camping gear for my Boy Scout troop from Army Surplus stores. It’s generally heavier than the stuff you find at sporting goods stores like Bass Pro or Cabela’s or Academy Sports, but it will last forever. I’m not sure about websites, but you can search for them under Military Surplus.

I mostly use Campmor but also use L.L. Bean, REI, Sierra Trading Post, Sportsmans Guide

I just get my stuff at Wal-Mart or Bass Pro… its much cheaper than most others and it is durable.
