i am going to a campground in california called wishon bass lake(description is real q's)?

is the lake near the campground or do you have to drive to the lake??
is it cool… do you recommend it(if you’ve been there)?
any info about the campground or links to a good site about it would be nice

    Your campground is quite near the lake. It’s a beautiful area with a lot to do. There are great restaurants near the lake, shopping at the Pines Village and of course great fishing and hiking. Right now the fishing has been pretty good near the dam, which is close to where you are camping, and Falls Beach at the north end. For regional attractions, check out http://www.YosemiteThisYear.com, http://www.basslakeca.com and http://www.basslakechamber.com.
