family rv campground in maine?

We stayed at the Papoose Moose Lodge in Maine a few years back . It is right on the lake, my kids had a really nice time. They even had family karaokee one night. It was really funny. I don’t know about the restrooms though because we have a motor home and don’t use their facilities. But judging by the campground, I would say you will be fine. I don’t remember any bees. Have Fun !
I know of two that you may enjoy . . . . although I cannot say they have no bees. The first one is in Scarborough its called Bayley’s . . . . . http://www.bayleys-camping.com/ and I did not stay there but I have some good friends who have a camper that did stay there with there sons many times in the summer for many years. Its close to the beach and there is a pool and its also near a local amusement park.
Now the one that I have stayed at is in Weld, Maine in the Western Mountains. Its a state camping area and its has hot showers and bathrooms. There are sites for camper I don’t believe that there are hookups though. Its a really nice clean and well maintained campground. My son and I tented there we don’t have a camper but its a beautiful place and its located on Lake Webb so there is beach for swimming. Its great for kids.
