The smoky mountains national park is the most visited park in the united states. Located along the forested borders of Tennessee and North Carolina the park is well known for its beautiful landscapes and its diversity of plants and animals. Many come here to see the abundant deer population or to see their first black bear, there are an estimated 1500 in the park. Coyotes have also made their way here from the west and are fearless. The park also has remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture that can be best appreciated around the Cades Cove loop.
