    I would imagine they’d allow it, as long as you keep your phone on "silent" during rehearsals. Somehow I doubt you’d be expected to remain totally incommunicado just because you’re at a music camp.

    My sister is thinking about buying a phone, and she’s saved up enough for the one she wants. She doesn’t have a card because you need to be 16 at least to buy a phone, and she’s only 15. Will she be able to pay with cash or does she have to ask our parents to pay for her phone?
